5 stars: Great, simple TV guide. There's usually one quick ad when you open the app, that's one of only two annoyances. Every time I open it all my preset channels, which is great, the annoyance comes that I don't know if there's a way to change the order the channels appear. Overall, two minor annoyances, but a great app because of it's simplicity
4 stars: Love it. It would be awesome if, in a further update, favorite programs could automatically be saved to the calendar. I tend to agree with other reviews regarding the loud volume of some of the ads.
4 stars: This seems to be the best TV guide app available in Australia, but it's missing a feature I consider crucial: the ability to easily scroll through the listings for one channel. How it would work: on the main guide page, I tap one of the channel logos on the left; this takes me to a vertically-scrolling program list for that channel. If this feature was added I would add an extra star!
3 stars: Happy with the program guide. But the pop-up ads with audio are very annoying. I accept that I'll be subjected to ads as the app is free, but most of them have a soundtrack. This is intrusive and disturbs other people nearby. I shouldn't have to frantically try and turn the volume down so as not to disturb (or even wake up!) other people in the room. Basically, for a free app this is useful, but the ads situation drives me mad.
