5 stars: Seriously love Breathwrk! A variety of these exercises have helped strengthen my mental health, and have helped me gain energy, better rest, and mental clarity in and around my lifestyle of night-shift employment. The Pro version is definitely worth the money, as well, as the additional exercises and classes are so good! This is hands down the best app that I have downloaded in a long time, and I wish I'd gotten into it sooner!
5 stars: Omg this the best app ever!!!! I have been using it for only little over a week and my stress level has calmed down some and my sleep is better. Its really interactive app!!!! I can't believe this app it's truly amazing...... I highly recommend it give it a chance it takes a second to understand how everything works since there are so many features and things to do!!!!!! Thank you for this app!!!!!
4 stars: Functionally, it performs very well. No errors thus far. My only gripe is that the suggestion to upgrade to the paid version is a bit overbearing. Also its distracting and disappointing to see ALL of the 🔐 locked items which are unavailable. Its a bit upsetting for an app designed with intent to help you.
