5 stars: The app Is Great! But They Should Add More Controls like Climate Controls so that when you remote start your car u can change it how you want it to be. so that finally when you come up to your car its already set on desired Climate. They Sould also Make a Recent Trips with map on it . like the one in my toyota highlander app. If they could do that then the app would be so much more awesome. ! Thanks
4 stars: I haven't get to work at all. Even after calling in support. They couldn't figure out. I remove the app and put it back many times. Just doesn't work. Update: After few days I got couple email of welcome to the service and everything start working. I guess there is a delayed on the activation request. Before that called 3 times and they couldn't help me. Now after I got the welcome email with the info is ok and I like it.
3 stars: It was sort of bad before. The latest updates have improved this App, immensely. I also use the Mercedes App, and this one has distance to go, to be great. to go... Holding the start button, or lock/unlock, is too long. A simple touch with verification pop up, would be more elegant and less time consuming, btw. Holding the unlock button, then the wait for the door to unlock takes forever...
