4 stars: I have been using Amazon for almost 4 years. I am a prime customer too. Though it's almost everyday I face problems while opening the app. It has been several days. App is up to date. An unknown error occurred while opening any window. I have tried almost everything clear data, latest version download, uninstall and reinstall nothing worked at all! Now drawing the attention of the concerned authority to do the remedy asap please.
3 stars: Such a huge company and such a slothy app, very very bad UI/UX. Just hate to scroll through products in Amazon. Please please please improve the app design and user experience. Amazon has undoubtedly the best and the most unparalleled shopping and super app experience so far in the industry. But you really need to work on the app!
3 stars: Shopping is fine, but all my search results come in black colour and I can't see the pictures properly. I had contacted amazon care about this problem and they said that it might be a glitch and asked me to re-install the app. I tried but didn't work. Please resolve this issue!
2 stars: New bug in the app. When i search for few products, it shows up some other anime dolls in the product also. And review comments are combined for the doll and the product we are looking for which makes the search difficult. Looks like there is some bug in the backend. Will attach screenshots if there is a way to do that.
