5 stars: Love! Im a hairstylist and have been using vagaro for the last 6 years. It is by far the best booking app I have used. The appointment reminders and conformation txt sent to clients alone are worth it! The live chat is great very helpful, the online booking for clients is easy to navigate through even for the non techy people. The ability to keep all client notes in one spot is great. Highly recommend
5 stars: I absolutely love Vagaro! It is a full system POS designed for salons! It integrates with Gusto and Quickbooks. It has great calendar and inventory features. All you need in one robust software application. Add their hardware for POS and you are good to go.
4 stars: Vagaro is awesome, and I really enjoying it so far. However, it is too bad that it doesn't allow credit card processing in Canada yet. This means that I can't sell any memberships or use a variety of features. At least I can check out customers using cash or check and sell packages. Other than that the app is awesome and really easy to use, and the how to videos are helpful as well.
3 stars: Lately I've been having issues with the weekly view and not being able to scroll up or down to see a full view of my daily schedule for the week. I will for instance open my books at 10am but I'm only able to see from 10:30 or 11am and onward but can't see the top of my schedule when in the
