5 stars: I think Amazon gives you the best online shopping experience. I am not rating it 5 star for the availability of products because its definitely tough to sell everything available on the planet.., so in this case, they need to work more..!! The 5 star is for the perfect humble customer support they provide. Everytime.. when I had a problem in these many years, I was more than satisfied with help I got from the customer care.
4 stars: I have been using Amazon for almost 4 years. I am a prime customer too. Though it's almost everyday I face problems while opening the app. It has been several days. App is up to date. An unknown error occurred while opening any window. I have tried almost everything clear data, latest version download, uninstall and reinstall nothing worked at all! Now drawing the attention of the concerned authority to do the remedy asap please.
2 stars: I have been shopping and using the Amazon app for the last few years. I have experienced that this app works much slower than any other mobile app. Many times there is an error to go to the product. the same problem also occurs when we switch Amazon to Amazon Pay. In today's era it is very important to have an e-payment application fast, and for payment Must be a separate app. Thank you.
