5 stars: The app is just as amazing and the website, and it concludes all the tools you need for tracking, inspiration and support. It's the one stop shop for everything keto. Super easy to navigate and it's the perfect app to guide you through your keto journey! I highly recommend it!
5 stars: After 3days of intense searching online, I found Dr Andreas, He IS the Diet Doctor, and he created this app so we can all learn how and when and what to eat for good health and a trim waist line. Easy app to use, filled with delicious and nutritious food that is sustainable in an ongoing diet, not restricted and boring, This is definitely the only app I need.
4 stars: Easy to use, and the shopping list function is great, no need to scroll around to find the recipes and love the search by ingredients, very handy for food sensitivities or preferences. To improve the shopping list could automatically add the quantities of the same ingredient instead of showing the quantities for each recipe. Not a biggie though.
4 stars: This is a great app for on the go. My only issue is that you can't swap out recipes on the app for your customized meal plans, and the shopping list doesn't update to your recipes you've swapped, so then you have to go through every recipe and write your own shopping list to accommodate your meal plan. Its a handy app, but I keep finding myself having to go back onto the website and taking an extra half hour to update my shopping lists.
