5 stars: Its a great app, but I hope there's a Tng payment method, it will become more convenience and easy, most of the riders dont have enough change(cash on delivery), so it will easier to transfer the money ASAP. Also, most of the teenagers dont have bank account yet, but Tng ewallet.
4 stars: I feel like there's a lot more that can be improved within the app. Examples would be rating/reporting(given situational) drivers, cancelling orders(yes, you can cancel your order in the app, however, there are limitations as far as my experience goes), and many more.
4 stars: Update: i stopped using food panda for a year. But recently due to poor service of shopee food. I use back foodpanda. I can see great improvement compare to last time. Although sometimes the motor plate/person in the profile is different from the person who delivers the food.😅 Old review: The waiting time always extends 20 to 60 mins. And what is the purpose to leave a remark if the restaurant never take note and still made wrong order?
3 stars: Food choices are not bad, but the main downside is the food keeps getting canceled or delayed by an hour or more extra. (edit) Location on the app is very bad. The detection is slow and there's no other way to contact driver other than messaging them, which they never replied (which got me worried) . But they sent to the latest address in the end.
