5 stars: I'll tell you right now, everything works fine for me. Had this for almost half a year, it's intriguing. Anyways, it's worth it to me, when I have no one in real life messaging me. My bubbles are one of a kind. Thank you!
4 stars: I love this app so much as I can get updates from Giselle lol, but the only thing that I HATE about it is the chat limits. I understand that sm(?) doesn't want the fans to spam the idol(s), but come on. They did us dirty. We can only send like four-six words and only text three times. At least expand the word count to at least 15 words or something 😭😭

3 stars: I just received a notice that there's problem with the payment and I paid it using another card. Suddenly it says that I just subscribed to the apps and the day of subscription back to day 1 even though it actually supposed to be 200+ already. I want my days back please help me
2 stars: The ticket system makes it very easy to accidentally pay twice. Be careful. 🙄 Please increase the character limit for English/Latin alphabet just a little bit. It is really not fair for it to be so restrictive.
2 stars: Where's the notification? I have to open the app to see if the artist send bubble chat. Please fix this asap.
