5 stars: Great app, great variety of products. Pricing isnt always the best, but the convenience is the trade off. The search function is not the best, it doesn't narrow products down enough. Convenient checkout , but as an FNB cardholder you have to manually add the Ebucks details on each order. This can be saved to your payment profile. Still better than other competitor apps.
5 stars: Its easy, safe and very reliable. The app itself is stable and never gives me any issues. One issue for the developers though, it would be nice if I could request and invoice via the application instead of just through the web browser but that is a small issue and does not warrant a drop in stars. Keep up the good work guys...
4 stars: Decent experience though slow at times, prices are good and takealot service has always been excellent. Categories and search function can do with a tune up, quite a lot of irrelevant items come through, especially when it comes to phone covers and screen protectors, there really is no point in suggesting products to a model different to a search.
4 stars: Not a bad place to shop, just have to watch the prices. Sometimes there's fantastic specials, other times some items are way, way over priced! They do have the best return policy I've ever come across. Go ahead, its good place to shop, but always check your prices and options from other stores aswell, just to make sure you're getting the best online deal!!
