5 stars: Very reliable, easy to use, excellent app for to be in touch with families and friends in cuba, its not expensive at all. I love it and I highly recommend this app
5 stars: keep communication going pretty well. almost never crash. the administrators keep me informed of any communication problem in Cuba. I really recommend.
4 stars: very good app. would like to see a bigger messaging window when tapping though. is it possible to have more than just 1 min for voice messages?
3 stars: It is very inconvenient that this App now does not allow sending pictures. Going through gmail to send a picture is not effective. In the past we used to do it. Also, you are charging now 5 cents for messages above 160 characters. in the past it was only 2 cents..not good at all. You still charge for each message I send whether it reaches the destination or not. Very disappointed.
3 stars: since update my family in cuba can not recieve my messages.I recieve the message they send.what is going on???please fix I really loved your application before update.
2 stars: the back buttons don't wont work on my galaxy s9. If I'm in a conversation and I want to go back to other conversations I have to close the application and reopen it. this really should not be happening in 2019. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times and nothing works. funny that on my iPhone 7 it works flawlessly
