5 stars: One of the best market place for Indonesian. I reckon Still no.1 place for buy and sell. As a seller, Of course still needs improvement here and there. So many's features in seller apps. I Understand these features are intended to analyze the market and shop conditions. That's why so important to make interfaces that's user friendly and Not confusing. Have to facing the differences of user experience and knowledge.

4 stars: As an external dropshipper, I prefer used the previous system of tokopedia care. More simple and efective than the current system. Especially, when I need to fix the resi problem.
3 stars: Still not very easy to fill in product to the system
3 stars: This already happen for several version but I only able to say it now. Upload product, especially the picture have several bug. First, it rotate by itself not same as it shown in my gallery. I have to manually check and fix the rotation via app. Second, some of my pictures corrupted. Again, I have to check manually since usually not the main photo corrupted. Then I must upload manually again.
2 stars: Please fix the bugs! after update 6-Jun-2022, everytime I open product, chat page the application automatically shutdown..try to reinstalled still facing the same problem, I'm not able to control the store because it always crash. update : dikasih url link utk laporan di tkp.me/SupportMainapps malah page error 404..
