5 stars: I have SD cards installed. I was able to watch the videos stored on the SD cards before the last update. Now, I can only see real time and nothing from the SD card so it's now useless. Please fix this. Or its useless to 1) have an SD card 2) no access to recorded video. Update: Developer pointed out that the SD recordings are still available under the Intercom section and Playback. Thank you for the prompt response.
4 stars: There is no Gimbal Settings in Basic Settings, but I could see Pan Tilt Left Right and it worked, so thanks for that. I can't find where to set the default position of the camera. Each time it tracks a motion it will stop where the object disappeared and it won't back to the default position.
3 stars: It's good for connecting via wireless but if you want wired you don't have any option to connect... otherwise it seems ok via WiFi.. I hope to find a way to connect via LAN if I don't have,need to return this surveillance camera to the supplier.
2 stars: Video preview keeps freezing frequently and with the latest update it also keeps showing a stupid pop-up message saying that I watch it for too long and need a break. What the heck? Live preview is the one of the main purposes of CCTV and you try to limit how long I can use this feature?
