5 stars: The food I was ordered was easy to track, it came straight to me and was hot. It was in perfect condition and the delivery driver carefully handed to me keeping it upright so nothing spilled. It was obvious that it hadn't slid around inside the container, nothing was mixed together. I'm very pleased with my order and will be using Waiter again.
5 stars: I am really beginning to love this app. It is so nice to have food delivered right to my door instead of hauling little ones to a restaurant all the time.
4 stars: The menu selections on waitr are usually more limited than what's actually available onsite and it's often simply too expensive because of the fees and additional tip costs. Overall though, it's an awesome option to have on hand and I really appreciate the delivery drivers.
4 stars: Would give 5 stars, but when I try to put in my tip, it won't let me put a decimal in. I was trying to put in $14.73. It kept making it $1473.00. The decimal doesn't work.
3 stars: The app is easy to use. I had no issues. However, the fees, in my opinion, are outrageous. I ended up paying darn near double my order if not over that. As far as customer service I had a pretty good experience. My delivery guy was Stefan. He was very polite and delivered as scheduled. I most likely won't be using this app again.
