5 stars: Just recently been using this app and it's pretty good so far. I was still using Skype before this and the video calls just keeps buffering and it got annoying. So I was looking for an alternative or replacement and discovered this pre-installed app and never knew anything about it. Just out of curiosity,I open the app and tried it out. Video calls are always smooth and connects fast, I highly recommend this app for videos calls.
4 stars: Only had the chance to communicate with someone over in the Carribean Island while on the beach, so mostly broken up comunication and I assume due to the location. But when I spoke to the same person in their hotel room, the connection was a bit better. I'll have to try the app locally to give a fair opinion. It would be nice if you could upload photos to the app to send to someone or record why chatting live. I still like!
2 stars: The audio is awful. I can barely hear anything even with my volume on max. The person on the other end also can't hear anything and their voice is often robotic. Even after restarting the app several times, having good wifi connection, and checking my phone settings the audio still sucks. Edit: did everything said in the reply and still no improvements
2 stars: Too much bandwidth, most of the world has to use zoom over slow network. Also missing prod mgr and ux, eg. The mute button is same when on or off, that happens when ux testing is missing. Also duo crashes in chrome, but zoom and team w...
