4 stars: The app and the device are really excellent. 4 stars because of 1 feature, that should be added - manual selection of cleaning direction in each room. I would really like to choose direction along the floorboards. That's how I mop manually and it gives the best results - no smudges.
3 stars: First thing is that you never know which device will be successfully registered, which will not. Second, after successful setup and registration, mails are taking time to load. Sometimes a few seconds, even when I'm using a high end phone. The speed needs to be improved.
3 stars: very secure till the point it keeps asking for authentication, at least 2 times a month for each company email account. oauth2 with a session time out regardless if there is a change of password. the ms authenticator and intune is on the same device, it cannot trust itself.
2 stars: I am trying to use the intune app and it won't confirm my settings. Also keeps saying I need a longer password. My password is 16 characters. I've tried multiple forms of passwords and can't get it to confirm. My IT at work can't figure it out either. Frustrating since I need my phone for work.
2 stars: My work profile was working fine till last week and i was able to access all work related apps. Suddenly intune application asked me to verify my android device. While verifying and recreating the work profile, its showing below.
