5 stars: Great product. Been using a few years now. Hardly any problems. Every now and then it locks up. A simple restart is required. Badge notifications don't always go away after reading messages. Don't know why. Also saves photos in keep. Great asset. It's the best chat app out there. Far better than Skype.
4 stars: Used App for 3-4 years and works well with lots of features. Just have one irritating problem/question - sometimes when I take screenshots on my phone and upload to line chat group, the app seems to reduce the quality or re-save it (no settings to change this) and causes it to become blurry and sometimes illegible for small text. This is very frequent, ongoing issue. Please can developer look into this and advise. Thank you.
3 stars: The app is overall great for communication. However, there are some serious issues also. Firstly, when I have my phone connected over Bluetooth and wirelessly charging in my car, when I get a call IT AUTOMATICALLY ANSWERS! THIS IS A SERIOUS SECURITY ISSUE!! Also when you upload photos or videos to your story, they become very very blurry compared to the original.
2 stars: Where do I begin? Ok so my app is fully updated and for some reason every time I record or listen to a voice clip, it cuts out a portion of the clip and then starts back up at a later point in the clip and then cuts out again. I have never had this much of an issue with line. Please update and fix this.
