4 stars: I have waited for more than an hour showing only the order was placed and without being able to track the order or even a number to call. I contactd the support (chat) and she said that i have to order it again and wait more time. My first experience which was unprofessional and a bad one.
3 stars: Post new update UI has changed. Previous one was much better. It used to give accurate status of the delivery and timeline. Now it tells you that order will arrive between this time, previously it used to tell accurate time. Also the tip tab for riders does not appear always. This needs to be corrected ASAP.
2 stars: It's hard to find items on the menu as half of it is missing. There is an error with the help section, couldn't apply the promocode... the only good thing about Talabat is their customer service they know how to compensate the customer. Edit: the app has more expensive menu than the original restaurant's which is quite shocking, how would you expect people to order from the app then!
2 stars: This is one of the worst apps ever and their customer service is even worse, first time they make me wait for 2 hours for the food to be delivered and the second time they dedicate the amount from my bank account and my order didn't go through and when I contact them they said that they will refund and I have to order AGAIN. They keep on making the same mistakes without any improvements.
