4 stars: This app is way better than Uber and Ola when the fare is concerned. However, the availability is an issue. If you have enough number of cars available during peak hours and remote places no Uber no Ola can compete with you in the market. Another concern is the map or the tracking system. It's a bug. It should be resolved. Keep up the good work and hope you improve and consider the existing issues.
3 stars: It is currently cheaper than other cab services. But the app is half developed if one asks me. There is no option to pay with card or UPI. There is no way of sharing the ride details with a tap. The map does not work properly once the app is closed and there is no way to track where the car is if one has booked it for someone else. Lot of things to improve
3 stars: It's economical compared to Ola and Uber. But the problem is that there are very few drivers as compared to other cab services. Additionally, drivers accept my request, calls to confirm, but after that doesn't move an inch from it's position. After that if I cancel the ride, they temporarily halt my account, which is really annoying.
2 stars: The pricing on this app is quite good. But the drivers are extremely mannerless and most times don't show up after allowing you wait for a very long time. There's no way you can follow up where the driver is There's no option to change pick up location or drop off location. Please try to work on the drivers and the quality of their cars. Thank you
