4 stars: I had paid for the passes (twice) and the game crashed, had to reinstall and lost all progress and purchases. It was already very repetitive and losing interest, but now losing my purchases? I'm done Update: the support team helped me reinitialize my account and I was back to where I was. Some fun new additions since the issues last spring. But in the future, I'll reach out to support first before the poor review.
3 stars: Game is great but as you progress, upgrading the weapons keeps getting hard and requires rare items. Those items are only available in $50 package. You stop getting uncommon items in chests after a certain level and you eventually hit the paywall. Then you're just stuck doing daily missions for chests as you can't really progress further due to weak weapons and stronger enemies.
2 stars: Not a bad game, UI could use some work. Super annoying that when I do a comparison and then determine I want to salvage, there's no button to just do it. Instead have to go through hoops. WAY too many stores l steps. EDIT: there needs to be a way to have no weapon standing by. The player keeps on during on things I don't want it to. Would be nice also to arm something that is currently reloading, as it makes switching weapons a real PITA!
