5 stars: 1. cant open it since todays update (30jun) even tne icon is missing 2. very impractical if you use telkomsel sim card in the usb modem, as it can not easily check the remaining balance. keeps logging out
4 stars: Hi Telkomsel. I hope the my Telkomsel application can get better, because some time it's very difficult to open the application via cellphone. can't log in at all or the application stops even though I update it often. please fix it again.

3 stars: There is a connection issue when trying to buy 'paket masa aktif' (have 29GB left so rather than buy the new one, I would go with this plan) then I've already moved outside or even restarted and activated airplane mode yet still in connection issue, my point here is no connection issue when trying to top up by another kind of package, what an amazing thing! LOLLL
2 stars: Keep getting weird bugs where i couldn't buy mobile data, also i keep getting crash and my account logged out randomly. Please fix it, it's a good app but with the amount of bug it had, i find it hard to recommend this app to others
