5 stars: Beautiful long lasting sounds that repeat easily. I take a lot longer than half an hour to fall asleep most nights and I can leave this playing on repeat until I'm supposed to wake up. The cat purring is my favourite one to listen to while working! They have an incredibly responsive customer service team as well.
3 stars: The content is good, but the app is cumbersome. When I wake up and need to restart the selected track or pick a new one, I usually have to wait while it loads a screen saying \
3 stars: I love the stories, they really help me unwind and get to sleep. I like choosing the same ones over and over, sometimes trying a new one mixed in with the faves so I hope they all stick around! Something I've found I don't love is the way the streaks and stats show up when I open it. It kind of makes me anxious. I'd rather navigate there as an option instead of seeing it right away.
5 stars: I've been using calm for about a week now and I absolutely love it! I've tried meditation many times in the past in different forms and even using different apps, but I've never felt a truly remarkable effect from it until I started using Calm. Tons of options and variability, super calming photos, music and stories, and each daily meditation is a balance of focused breathing /relaxation and a lesson. I highly recommend this app!
