3 stars: so far so good, but i just started a couple days ago. not bad game play but not entirely intuitive and not alot of instructions. Will update later when i hit the inevitable pay to win wall. Ok 3 ish years later. Very pay to win. And not like spend a grand and be competitive. More like spend the price of a modest house or be a couple years behind the top.
3 stars: They still have a lot to improve upon. For example, there is no reason why officers can't be switched while away from the station. This is unrealistic even in the ST universe this game attempts to stimulate. Additionally, some needed materials like U.C. resources should NOT be that rare. It grinds process to a halt unless one is willing to use real game currency and $$$.

3 stars: The way this game is designed it pretty much forces you to pay real money to progress in later levels. There are also numerous bugs (wrongs icons displayed, lag, etc.). The lag might be better when they get it on PC, but I'm sure there will be even more problems with that. There Q/A is not good (spelling errors) everywhere. I've enjoyed my time playing this game, but it is so Pay-to-Win it makes me sick.
4 stars: Well 2 years on game still has strange glitches eg, resources from event rewards not added correctly, customer services is poor always want a screenshot and your account number, don't understand why when game is logged on...
