3 stars: I had 'My Waste' originally but then was asked to move to Recycle Coach. When I moved over, the app couldn't find my address. That was fixed after a couple days. I assumed there was just an issue with moving people over to the new system. However, neither app shows what is acceptable and/or not acceptable in the different recycling bins (the reason for less two stars). I love the reminders and such (the reason for three stars).
3 stars: often check to see what can be recycled, but sometimes can't find the item that I'm looking for. they used to have a list of everything that could be recycled, and it was quite comprehensive, and I wish they had that included in the app. that list was super helpful... More helpful than the search engine in the app. the app is useful for reminding when pickups are when there are holidays or for special pickups.
4 stars: I really like the reminder and easily seeing what is going out for garbage collection the next day. My only criticism is I wish that the search had more in depth results. For example, I wasn't able to figure out whether milk bags were recyclable or not.
