4 stars: Good customer service, quick (received the day after I ordered), love the free delivery and the transparency regarding pricing. I had a great experience with PocketPills! It would be great if they could consider using more sustainable packaging (e.g. fully paper/cardboard/biodegradable/compostable). I've seen other companies use paper padded mailers and Uline sells them! Would definitely give me an incentive to continue using PocketPills!

ETA: almost 2 years of using Pocket Pills, and I am continually impressed by the pharmacists. They are wonderful, kind, and caring ladies who genuinely want to help you. They have called me on their days off, from home, to help my daughter or myself, and I can't express how much that means to me.
