3 stars: I love the concept and the financial freedom, but I have frequent issues with the app. It's buggy, it stops working, it sends me to the wrong address and doesn't know it, it won't allow me to load images. Something frequently goes wrong that stops me from moving forward. Customer service is responsive and kind but there isn't anything they can do except to uninstall and reinstall the app. I do this at least weekly.
3 stars: The delivery side of the app works pretty well, has a few glitches but for the most part works good...the personal side of the app sucks horribly...if you want to edit your address or vehicle, for example, and you click on edit the only thing it allows you to edit is your phone number and nothing else...really needs a lot of improvement, customer service also sucks badly...99% of the time they cannot help you when you call them ..
4 stars: UPDATE: (4/15/22) A day after I posted my original review, the app switched to opening Google Maps in a separate window, which has been a HUGE headache! It was so much easier and seamless when directions were in-app. Now I have to switch back and forth to look for the customer's more detailed directions. I love working for DD, but please change it back to to the way it was before!
5 stars: Great for earning extra $$$. Was super easy to start, and was sent a hot-bag and Dasher credit card, and havent had any major issues. App does crash sometimes... Really doesn't like Spotify playing in the backgroun...
