3 stars: They have great customer service. I had a loose cap leaky tube come in once and they replaced it right away with no problem. The thing that leaves a sour taste in my mouth is the structure of the process, they bill you so late in the month and process your order that your monthly order doesn't come until a week or two into the next month.
5 stars: So far decent. I feel like the case should be cheaper if only one purchase. And feel they should have an option to biy multi packs of varied color but otherwise its good price for what you get. Love that i can try different ones and have option to buy the samples. Make great little gifts too
5 stars: This app is incredible. For such a cheap price you can experience high end-scents every month with no big bottle commitment, but if you find something you like you can buy it straight from the app. It's like having those annoying scent teases at the mall, but not at all annoying and based on your own taste. 100% recommended.
3 stars: The service is great. The app is great when it works. It seems like half the time when I open it, I get a message that they're performing maintenance, so I'm not able to see my profile and make changes. I'd give more stars if it worked more consistently.
