4 stars: I'm having major problem with the VPN on my android and tablet. I can't change the location ... it actually gives my true location when the VPN is on. I can't find the drop down list to select a different location. I tried uninstalling it but it didn't make any difference.
4 stars: EDIT: The newest update fixed the issue. Always been a good anti-virus software. After upgrading my phone, (and doing a clean install of the app 3 times) it keeps giving me notifications that the app needs to be updated which is extremely annoying and I don't want to have to mute critical notifications just to silence it.
3 stars: It would be nice if the VPN would actually keep working. I have it set to always on, but the VPN refuses to turn on. It used to work fine before the update. It would be nice if the green widget would come back so that you could do some of the clean up features that used to be available.
3 stars: I was a fan. But unfortunately subscriptions were not syncing and I have now been nabbed with a large unexpected charge that I don't ever recall authorizing or renewing. I've been trying for weeks now to contact support/customer services to discuss options but have NEVER had a call back or response from anyone. Very frustrating considering I'm now missing $$.
