5 stars: I don't rate apps a lot, but this one is absolutely quality. I've used paid training apps before, but this FREE app blows them all out of the water. As someone with a decent amount of fitness knowledge, I can say that there is a great mix of workouts in the app for all levels of fitness. Highly recommend!
3 stars: LOVE the workouts and the fact that it creates a personalized plan for me. LOVE that it's free right now. Don't love that it's super buggy (just lost a bunch of workouts when I updated my plan). I'm also confused about the friends feature. I can add friends but there's literally no data or functionality related to it so it's completely pointless. I would gladly pay for this app if the bugs were worked out. Here's hoping!
