3 stars: the fasting calculator is useful. but i can't enter my own meals in the app. i don't necessarily follow the meal you provide because it's not things i like to eat. i've been doing Keto meals on another app and fasting on this one. i'm really disappointed because i wish i could just use ONE app. i don't think it's worth paying for this app if i only use the fasting calculator - i have a clock at home....
3 stars: Really disappointed that the workouts do not give auditory direction to progress through workouts and yoga poses. You have to watch the screen and guess what the directions are from the short videos. Not great for someone who removes their glasses during workouts or somone used to having a teacher guide you through each class. Not worth the money based on this major flaw.
4 stars: Workout seems good, but I just couldn't keep up with them. I just didn't want to get charged for something I was not going to commit to. This is what I did.. To unsuscribe, just go to their website( not the app) link, and all the info is on the receipt/email they send you when you subscribed. Log in, choose your profile, and unsuscribe.
5 stars: great app!! good workout programs, easy to follow, love the recipes, meal plans, and diet suggestions, and my favorite is the reminders to drink water and workout. Awesome, thank you. Day 1 of use, Can't wait to start seeing results.
