5 stars: Paid for content is not entirely available. I currently have an active subscription, but half of the new content remains locked. When I try to open it it asks me for a whole new subscription, regardless of my still having an active one. UPDATE: The issue appears to have resolved itself. Thank you so much for getting back to me. My daughter absolutely LOVES this app. It is worth every penny of the subscription price.
4 stars: I should have read the reviews. Made a $39.54 payment via PayPal on march 15, App is locked march 16 2022, and demanding a subscription of $25.99. Please rectify. I have sent emails today . UPDATE I read through the reviews and uninstalled the app, and re installed. The app is unlocked now. Hope it stay unlocked for the 1yr subscription. My 33months old loves it.
3 stars: It cost me \u00a34.99 for a month for it a few days later its locked everyrhing and have to oay an extra \u00a32.50 a month for it to work.. I wouldnt mind but when i went to sign their tablets in and it wouldnt allow it i refuse to pay \u00a322.50 a month for a peppa pig game.. This needs sorting.
3 stars: I'm the same my daughter liked to play this app on my phone so I went out and purchased her a Samsung tablet, iv created a kids Google account etc but can't seem to get it to work when wanting to pay the subscription. I can do it on my phone but can't links it and now I'm co standby out of pockets by trying trying different tactics.
