5 stars: freaking brilliant! I love this app. My desktop computer just died and I was worried that I was going to have to replace it so I could scan documents; but no! This installed in seconds, then I hit the WiFi button on my printer and it found it before I new what I had to do next. I think it took me longer to remove the staples then it took to scan and save, two multi-page documents. All this ease and it's not even optimized for my device!
3 stars: It works, it takes a bit of trial and error and if you are willing to spend 15 20 minutes to be able to scan something it get gets the job done. So keeping in mind that this app has to connect to a myriad of different devices, it is an app that might gives you a hard times if network parameters have changed since your last use. I can see how a non-techsavy person would struggle A LOT with the plethora of menus available.
3 stars: Not bad, but now more and more often it loses the connection during printing even though the wifi is fine, and the stays stuck on Data remaining until I hit stop on the printer itself. It's really annoying, especially when one is printing a bigger document it usually stops on page 3!! When I print over wifi on my laptop there is no issue, so it's really frustrating! Please fix this issue, it used to never occur!
