5 stars: The app is awesome and service is super awesome. I save a lot on my prescription medicine and delivery is also very fast. For one if the iron supplements order, it was delivered in less than 3.5 hours from time of placing the order. , which is unbelievable.
3 stars: The delivery date was changed after placing the order.. Also the ordered quantity of tablets was not available and they changed it to less quantity after placing the order. Its difficult to rely on already placed order if things are so dynamic. Sends promotional notification even after disabling from the app.
4 stars: Recently installed the app. Good experience so far. Ordered medicines and lab tests with home sample collection. Both were done within reasonable time limits. UI is lightweight and is easy to navigate. Pages load fairly quickly. Support is good with a chat interface and prompt response from the backend.
