5 stars: I am enjoying the game. Definitely a casual game, but it is challenging and hence it will keep my interest. Much easier to play than Clash Royale, which is a good thing as I was never able to win against actual live players. It's also challenging enough so a player doesn't breeze right through the levels. 3 stars: There is a legitimately good game here buried under pay-to-play mechanics. I've cleared every island in the game, except the last one, and every single island has at least one level that's extremely difficult to get all the stars. This forces you to use items that are purchased with gems, and the prices for upgrades and items using gems are extremely high. I have paid real money for other Supercell games, and will again, but not this one.
3 stars: It's alright. I'm on the section of level 40 islands and losing interest. Fun for awhile then just seems to lack what it needs to make it not feel repetitive. There is strategy involved but even that felt old after some progress. It's a well made game..just lacks something to keep it fresh. This is coming from a huge fan of Clash of Clans
