3 stars: Package bought multiple times during the night but not working and no unsuccessful message (always saying payment in progress \u0026 that's it). It's successful after i try bought it again during the day.
3 stars: After update, I cannot use this app. It only shows white blank page and when I contacted the Customer Service, their answer is TOTALLY unsatisfying and only giving altenatives without solving the problem. Please fix this! :(
5 stars: The app is fine, but I want to complain about the coverage of Telksomsel itself. The internet cuts out at the worst possible times. When I'm surfing the internet, I don't care. When the internet cuts out when I'm stuck in the rain and I need a car, it's very F###### annoying.
3 stars: Untill now Telkomsel aps still not eyes friendly cause no dark mode/theme, white is to bright even though in low brightness, so irritating my eyes when open it and aps still feel heavy and slow loading at start up even though in good network condition. . Please fix that make it smooth and performance faster. .
