5 stars: first I love how accurate the address bookmarks are and that it uses Google maps for locations and landmarks. also the booking feature where you can place preheated booking orders are perfect, especially during the holiday season.
4 stars: Its a great app, simple to use. However, the sad part is the minimum top up is RM30? What a pity. If one like me wants to use it once only, have to straught pay RM30? Because of that, I choose back Grab express because although it's more expensive I don't have to top up RM30 and not use the remaining amount in your app.
4 stars: I hope that when you change information on one portion of the app while booking that it will be continues. I noticed that I apply a voucher but prior to payment I decided to add some instructions, when I continue to payment I noticed that the voucher is not applied and that I need to reapply another voucher. While the previous one is gone.
5 stars: Live chat is very useful and customer service reps are very patient and helpful. Most of the time, it is easy to book riders. It's not the app's issue but sometimes there are riders who take a long time to pickup the items and are not responsive to any messages either but so far, most riders I have booked have provided really good service.
