3 stars: Has potential to be useful. If playing Amazon music for example you will want to be in Amazon app(their search is better), then flip over to sonos to increase volume etc. Flip back to Amazon to select next track.. It's a bit tedious but works...handy if you just want to hit play once and then control volume, or what room to play to etc
4 stars: Something has gone wrong with recent updates to the app. I keep having issues connecting to my Spotify/Amazon Music and this has been going on for a few weeks now. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon as I can see from the comments that others are facing a similar issue. Edit (Jan 2022): Connection issue has been fixed.

3 stars: I made a 1 star for troubles I was having, I don't know how to remove it but I found the problem. I was using a VPN which blocked the network access. This should be added to the network connection as a possible problem to look into.
