4 stars: Can't edit third time so I'll rewrite. AMAZING so far, still in Narshe mines grinding Biggs and Wedge but I love the new additions. Auto Battle, speed up outside of battle, diagonal movement, and chest and item checklist in the map screen. The only thing that would top this off would be a formation checklist in that same screen for those going for Perfect save files.
5 stars: Best game ever! I really love this remaster. The character models are well made (most notably the more detailed designed characters such as Setzer and Edgar), the music arrangement is beautiful. I am really thankful to relive this masterpiece with updated features. Please Square, make the freaking 3D remake of Final Fantasy VI already!

5 stars: Great port. I played it alongside the original on my PS vita. The graphics obviously were updated but still hold some of the original charm. I love the filter to make it look more Pixelated. The music is another fantastic aspect; true to the original while sounding well updated.
