3 stars: I like this app, but I want to set a default filter number for quantity of seats. I'm not usually looking for 2 seats, usually I need one or three.
5 stars: I ordered my tickets easily a d had them arrive 2 months before the concert. I was very pleased with how fast and effortlessly I bought tickets. The only problem is the hidden fees

5 stars: I recently had an issue where my tickets to an event were not delivered to me from a seller - after some time with customer support, they assured me they were working on the matter and would be back in touch with me in a week or so - I was just contacted and received my refund plus a credit - very professional service from Vivid, went above and beyond and it's greatly appreciated
3 stars: They do a good job of hiding their fees. StubHub gives you the option of seeing prices with the additional fees. Got hit with $50 of fees after I had already committed to buying the tickets. On top of that, after I bought the tickets I had to get the TicketMaster app to actually get the tickets.
