They have a huge selection at good prices, they always ship super fast, and on the rare occasion we do have to adjust something with an order, even when it's not their fault like when our dog decided he no longer liked his old food, they're super helpful and friendly
5 stars: I love thi app and have multiple autoships set up. The customer service is top notch and if you have to call for any reason they are super friendly! Although, I have had problems with the app in the past few days. It won't load my purchases or autoships and I really need to order cat food. I did update the app but it did not resolve the problem.
5 stars: I love Chewy! it is so easy to order my pets food and biscuits online and have them delivered to my front door a few days later. no hefting the bags of food into the cart at a store and then into the car. Auto ship is even more convenient! I don't run out this way. awesome Customer Service as well!
4 stars: Chewy is great! Makes getting pet supplies a breeze. We have been using them since we got our new fur baby 11 months ago. The only improvement I would suggest is to make autoship changes easier, it can be a bit confusing to switch brands as we had to do several times due to digestive issues.
