4 stars: I apologise as I was incorrect in my original review regarding the disappearance of software I have paid for, however, the developer has not provided clear instructions on the affect his changes made on people who have purchased the software previously. Some more accessible information on the changes would be welcome, and would difuse the frustration seen here from many customers
