4 stars: Great idea but the implementation needs improvement. e g. There ought to be a way of accurately outlining the desired section of image. GIven the resolution of my phone and the obstruction to view that my finger creates, i find it impossible to achieve the level of detail required to make this tool of practical use.
3 stars: I really like the app. I just wish we could choose the frame rate to edit in. It would make some scenes smoother and quicker to create. Having to draw the exact same line or animation on 30 frames just to have it in 1 second of the video is a bit excessive. If that could be fixed, definitely a 5 star! Very cool :)
