4 stars: I wish there is an option to pay the driver tip AFTER the delivery is completed. \
4 stars: Overall the app is good. - Fee based on distance and hours ( it is quite reasonable ) - Details can be mentioned clearly. - It has tracking system One downside for me who is not using it very frequently is about the inflexibility of top up amount of the E-wallet. And sometimes the map doesnt follow the gos well, but yeah that cant be updated.
3 stars: Annoying pop-ups alerts and emails telling you there's this and that promo. Why would that be relevant at the point of receipt unless I have something to send?? It's not as though people would deliberately engage lalamove service because it's on discount??
4 stars: it is a very helpful app but sometimes it take so long to open the app. Some locations can not be pinned in the map. However, I still commend this app.
4 stars: it's convenient and easy to use, however sometimes it will pin a wrong location unless you'll manually pin it to the exact location
5 stars: Happy with my experience with Lalamove so far and it is a good option for suburbs pick-up/delivery. Drivers meet my expectation. Thank you for giving us an alternative transport choice \u2764\ufe0f
