4 stars: This is a very good health application that also help to boost PC Optimum points. The activities are relevant to my health journey. Started a program to provide advice on quitting the smoking habit. Fingers crossed that it gives me motivation to DO IT!

3 stars: This is actually day 3. But each challenge says I've only done one day or 0 days. It also doesn't have any way to mark day 2, day 3 et cetera. This makes the challenges kind of useless because you can't progress to completion.
