4 stars: I like that this app measures the cals (and other nutrients) from every meal, but it does not measure more than cals for certain foods unless you have the premium version, so that would be one critique. Aside from that, I like that it gives me calorie/sodium/carb (etc.) goals for my weight goal! This is extremely useful and I lost weight very fast and easily with this app!! Definetly recommend it!
3 stars: I'm trying to gain weight. This app is exactly what I need to help me keep track of calories so I can make meal adjustments and gain back the weight I've lost because of a physically demanding job (I'm a brewer). I've never counted calories in my life, and the app makes it fairly simple and less overwhelming than physically writing a meal log and checking the calories later.
4 stars: This app is helping me a lot. It would be great if the recipes would include serving sizes though. And maybe when you enter in a weight change and it is a loss something could pop up and say congrats and maybe do the confetti burst thing. And if there is a gain maybe some words of encouragement could pop up. That would be nice.
5 stars: I think my fitness pal is a great app. I've had no issues in finding the nutritional info on what I've eaten for any given day. It'll be Interesting to see how accurate when I do more than one weigh in over time. Otherwise thumbs up.
