It's calm, cute and has a good variety of reflective prompts, calm physical movement and breath practices that can help with sleep, stress and anxiety, goals for the day and more. even if you don't pay there's alot you can get out of the app, free use doesn't affect the function of the app too much you still get a lot of choice.

In the short 2 days I have used this app I have been able to complete more in a day than using any other app or strategy! Best of all, it's free. And the good kind of free too. You're actually able to get help without being charged for it. To top it all off, the subject is only 50 dollars a YEAR, which is well worth it.
