5 stars: It's better then Uber in terms of adding new rides in que , makes it easier in busy hours. Only if it could read our messages like Uber it would be great.
5 stars: I have had Lyft for quite some time and it is my go-to, need to get there but can't drive myself, app. The fact that I can schedule a trip in advance or do spur of the moment, is fantastic.
3 stars: The GPS is deficient because there is no drop-down menu to see turn-by-turn directions. Also, street names and turns are needed. It's very stressful to have to wait to be told to turn. ***I do appreciate being able to contact Lyft if there's an issue with a ride.

5 stars: Driver support barely speaks English. Can rarely contact live agents. When they do respond it is with canned (copy and paste) responses. The outsourcing company they use to assist drivers close tickets and never listen to what the drivers say. Edit: 1 nov 2021. Finally got a rep that took the time to listen and had enough experience to recommend a course of action.
4 stars: Terrible customer service. But 100x better than Door Dash. I wish that they would show The busy areas again instead of just the areas with bonuses. But overall the app is fine and it's nice to use it as a primary source of income with no boss. Great tutorials to teach you how to start.
