5 stars: Yesterday it was worst. Couldn't create any account, or add devices. But Ring was aware of it, and status was posted online about the service interruption. But today, it worked like a charm. I was able to create account, and add all devices. It's truly great. I recommend it.
5 stars: We r extremely happy with the ring product and the app. Very versatile and handy, it is awesome to be able to talk to people at the door without rushing down the stairs. I can even see my packages as long they r left in the zone. However, I think the cost of the basic plan should be $3/mnth instead of $5/mnth it would make it more attractive for everyone.
4 stars: Initially I gave this app 1 star because it was absolute trash. Video wouldn't load when I would get a notification Yada Yada. However, since the updates to the app it is a million times better, and I can actually view in real time now. Seems to be minor issues now and then where the camera is not catching movement, but only once or twice now has it not picked up right away. This seems to be at night mostly.
3 stars: I have a great wifi/zwave connection to all devices - I will just start with that. But the app hangs a lot when loading dashboard. Have to close app on my android and then restart it - it will usually work then.
3 stars: The camera range is too strong for living on a main road. It picks up the cars that drive by even though I have it set to the most minimum setting.
