4 stars: Great products, but the app is limited. I'm hoping due to how new it is. main problems are: bt works, but web connections are not stable. It has a tendency to drop when not both staring directly at the open app. frustrating when it drops in the moment and one of you doesn't know it. regularly have to restart to get it working again (doesn't auto reconnect). also, features are limited over wifi (can't sync to music for instance).
3 stars: hi i bought my lush toy in aug, connected to the internet and worked in the 2 sites i work on, but for the last week it keeps disconneting and is getting very frustrating, i contacted support the gave me list of things to do, to try and get it to stay connected but as soon as i put the toy in me it disconnects please help me fix this issue product was bought for my job. now the one on my laptop is not connecting to my phone help please
