5 stars: since starting Sanvello, I have noticed a decrease in my anxiety and an increase in relaxation and well being. It has been extremely helpful to me to track my thought patterns and realize unhealthy thinking patterns. I have already recommended it to a few people. It is also extremely affordable if you choose to get the subscription, much less than therapy sessions themselves. Thank you to the creators of this app.
5 stars: This app is phenomenal and should be required for students, parents, families, etc! It's such an amazing and complete tool with lots of thought and care put into it. I use it with the Woebot app and Noom for my physical health and it's the perfect emotional wellness technology \
5 stars: Excellent guided meditations! Easy to use, you can pick what you'd like to focus on and what you'd like your ambient noise to be! The check in/assessment feature is also so helpful. Also love love LOVE that they're offering their premium meditations for free right now, so many people are in need and it is refreshing to see an app that could be profiting from people's need to find mental well being actually looking out for it!
